Costs:
- AO Members: Halter Show Registration - $50/alpaca
- Non AO Members: Halter Show Registration - $85/alpaca
- Pens: $20/pen (Maximum 4 alpacas/pen)
- Specialty Classes: Get of Sire, Produce of Dam, Breeders Best 3: $50/entry. Best Head: $15/registration (maximum 2 entries per farm)
- Promotional Stall to showcase your Farm: $50/Farm for display banner, promotional farm material, etc (Bring your own tables, chairs, and display info!)
- Banquet Tickets: $60/person or $100/couple
*Animals MUST be CLAA registered/recorded. No pending registrations accepted.

- Exhibitor Check-In 11am-4pm, NO late Check-Ins due to preparation for Dinner Social.
- Vendor Set-Up Saturday April 11th 8am - By appointment Friday, April 10th
- 4:00pm, following Checkin: Shearing Demonstration with sorting/classing following - open to all Farms!
- Cash Bar Opens at 5pm
- Dinner Banquet begins at 6:30pm, with Keynote Speakers
- Judges Colour Check and Judges Meeting begins at 8am
- Spring Show begins at 9am
