Show Sponsorship Program

The Alpaca Ontario Show Committee is very excited by the potential size of its 2010 Alpaca Ontario Spring Show. There will be various new opportunities available for the membership as well as improved facilities; with the completion of the Dome at the Orangeville Fairgrounds. The Sponsorship Program for 2010 invites all A.O. members to become a part of that excitement and the growth of the Show by supporting it as a Show Sponsor.

Several levels of sponsorship participation are available (see below). Other opportunities such as the purchase of a vendor space or the contribution of an item for the Silent Auction will be further discussed at a later date. Except for the Gold and Platinum levels, a line for entering the desired level of sponsorship will be on show registration forms.

  1. Platinum Sponsor:   $3,000.00
    • To be determined/negotiated with potential sponsor.

  2. Show Ring Banners:   $150.00 each (maximum of 5)
    • Maximum 10' x 3' banner hung on Show Ring (provided by advertising farm) shown Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.

  3. Large Screen Display:   $150.00 each (maximum of 4)
    • Display ad on large screen displays near show ring and in barn

    The following 5 levels of sponsorship are donations either in cash or services. The benefits per level are as per the table given below:

  4. Gold:   Purchased stud service - donating farm only
  5. Silver:   $500.00+
  6. Bronze:   $250.00+
  7. Copper:   $100.00+
  8. Friend of AO:   $100.00 or less

  1. Ribbon Sponsorships: Participants can chose to sponsor a ribbon class and receive farm recognition on the ribbon presented. The category to sponsor can be chosen during online registration.
    • $70.00 Huacaya Get of Sire or Huacaya Produce of Dam
    • $60.00 Huacaya Supreme Champion Male or Female or Best in Show Suri
    • $50.00 Huacaya Male or Female Colour Champions
    • $30.00 Colour class winner
    • $15.00 Junior and Senior Youth Showmanship

  2. Features at Saturday Night Banquet:
    • Silent Auction table (Note: 50% of the revenue generated from this feature will be donated to Guelph University's OVC);
    • Presentation of sponsorship ribbons; and
    • Networking with fellow Alpaca Ontario members.
